She must have learned how to drive over memorial day weekend........ Must be all the gas money she spent that doesnt allow her to afford an ad on OSO!!!!!

I remember when you posted this the first time in the Pantera forum. There was some discussion as to whether or not it was a 28 or a 24. Did this ever get settled?
Don't get me wrong, not trying to stir up any more crap for ya. I admire what you're trying to do for a friend. I am not a Pantera know it all for a second, but I do have to admit that boat looks a lot like a 24 to me. Been wrong before, and I'll probably be wrong again.
