There is a radio station in Mpls/St Paul with a show on in the afternoons called "Garage Logic". The host, Joe Soucherie, calls this your "Cylinder Index". As long as it runs on some product derived from crude oil, it counts. If you have a CI of 100 or more, you got lots of cylinders!

I'm not going to count mine.......after all the usual cars, bikes,boats,skis etc
I have about 22 pieces of heavy equipment, then all the pumps, chippers
generators..etc.
And they all run.

piston paint sprayer(hey noone said it had to be an internal combustion engine)=1

Pistons in daily drivers and work vehicles do not count. If the piston is not in a "Toy", what's the point in having it?? Only the one with the most "Toys" wins!! Correct?
