Can I powdercoat the 5" exhaust tips on my diesel truck? Will the hot exhaust gases bake off the coating?

I know guys that have done their motorcycle pipes w/ a co. called jethot w/ no problems.

prepped right with the right powder system......it will last just ask fred @ trick :D

Slingshot, can I PC my Diesel Truck's 5" SS tips in shiny black to match the truck? Or will the PC bake off?

I had my bumpers blasted and PC'd in shiny black, and they turned out awesome.
