End the evening at Chrystal Bay most likely. :drink: :drink:

Your right, arrest everyone on the water between Liberty Landing Marina and Havestraw that dares be on the water at the same time as the Poker-runners... :D :D

Actually the thieves are the guys putting the poker run on,, 200 boats at 550.00 a pop = 110,000 and only a 5K pot... But then again, burgers, hot-dogs and slips cost a lot of money, right ??... :drink:

I won't be doing 100-140 but please keep the channel clear. In years past it was pretty interesting getting thru all the boats.....

ActiveFun,
I will probably just do the spectator deal.....Trying to get into Liberty State Park on this weekend is like trying to find a spot on the beach in Coney Island on 4th of July. Id rather watch the hardware from the side on this one and hang out up north afterwards.

Reggie Raft
We are going to be in Newburgh after the run, Crystal Bay is an old river boat turned into a bar just north of Indian Point like yesrej said. We usually end up there because its close to the marina if we are coming in after dark.

Yesrej
Your on deck.....this is your chance to show up for once :D :drink: :D

I'll look for the river boat. Never knew it was there. Is there enough dockage? It sounds like a Good place to go since its so close to Haverstraw. Is it on the east or west shore? If I leave the party early I'll stop and see if you guys are still there.

I'll be there likely in my buddies Formula 353. Probably launching with Tantrum and excavator and running down and back together.

It's hard to see from the river, kinda set back. Can be shallow at low tide. Keep the drives up and slooooowwww. Bottom is very soft so you don't have to worry about damaging props, just sucking up mud. Plenty of docking.

Panther 06-08-2006 07:53 AM

Re: NYC poker run

Sounds like more people spectating than making the run. :(

May have to borrow my buddies radar for the run.
