if what you say is tru, then 5k is a good number if the trailer is included and all the parts are there...but as you say, 25k can turn to 40k real easy...especially with a twin engine boat.
if you have some of the spare parts already or have a source for old stuff, then it may work out.

Mike, i showed this to you when you were looking at the 24ft Palm tree pantera.
