there was no run to the bridge this year, speeds were supposedly capped...Is this the beginning of the insurance companies putting the squeeze on us? kinda makes my comments on the other thread ring true:(

Ron P said if you had passengers in the backseat you were limited to 100mph.

It Was My Belief That Jet Set Wasnt Even In The Run...was Up There For A Cruise And A Few Fly Buys. As Were A Majority Of Others As Well..boat Count Was Said To Be Around 60 ?

No, I wasn't there, I'm still in FL.....but my wife flew up there yesterday morning to visit the folks in NJ and for a business trip this week, but the first thing on her mind after getting off the plane was getting to the poker run to check it out. Gotta love her! :D :D

No king? Speeds capped?
Wow. :( :(

jet set wsant the first to the bridge and he didnt go to any of the card stops. turned around tight after the bridge came back and shot some fire and took off. it was nice of him to put on a show for everyone at the bridge.

Looks like a shortage of cats at this event. Jacksonville had several last week but the NYC run looked like an OL owner's event.

That boat is owned by a guy from LI who stores it at MRD. It is a new purchase for him and I can see from the picture he must have had a huge smile on his face running like he was....

Funny that you brought that boat up, I was actually going to PM you later today to get some details from you.
All I can say is that he's fast and he spends more time in the air than in the water.

CR, pic dont show now.
I saw it running in Reynolds Channel, not far from the Long Beach train tressel. Fast and sounds good. Made me miss my boat for a second.

We arrived around 11 at Liberty Landing. At the Verrazano I had an alarm going off constantly but kept going. I docked at the sandbar to stay out of the way in case I wasnt able to start up again, and NJgr8ful docked at the Liberty gas dock and took a bunch of pics. Didn't want to bother you minutes before it was go-time. We then cruised the hudson up to the GW and hung for a while. Had a little fun on the way and on the way back.
I think NJ has some pics of your boat.
