33 Scarab Set up

33 Scarab Set up
OK, who can recommend the best set up for a 2000 33 Scarab without a cabin? Using 28 Bravo 4 blades I was bouncing of the rev limiter & with cut down 32's I was only able to get to about 4900 RPM

Not much info. If it has no cabin, was it built as an F2 boat? What power and drives? What speed were you seeing at 4900 rpm with the cut down? 32s? What does cut down mean, was pitch brought back to 31 or so, or was diameter taken off the props?
