One thing for sure, Reggie started this deal and likely he will finish it, where that may be, we'll just have to stay tuned and find out.

Better than 183 was seen during the record runs. That was 1550's. This new boat is getting ready to run some 2200HP monsters. I don't see why 200+ is out of question. I know thats whats being talked about.

Therefore, you are telling me that SR can run close to or over 200??

Facts now, no bashing necc............

With 2200hp a side, the 400ss might run close to 200. Speed could no doubt run over 200mph with 2200hp a side. The 36 Bacardi Skater ran over 200 with less than 2000 a side.

I think Randy Kent is Speed Racer's owner??? piston powered boat. 1 run@ 156mph.
JUST THE FACTS........
Put on your spectacles old man the GPS of Speed Racer says 178 and that was one motor running 6200 RPM's and the other one running almost 7000.

Deliver a Fountian Poker Run to OSO's Headquarters and let Steve tell you what it does with an unbiased opinion. In my short tenure working with him (2 years) he has been right on the money about every boat I have been in so far.
