is anybody useing these? do they work without robbing HP. I need to under 90db and not lose hp. what do ya think?

I have a pair on my boat, pair of merc 500 bulldogs, No performance loss whatsoever, and they are extremly quiet.

Also know of another boat that had a set of 600hp 540's and either 4.5 or 5 inch pipes that used them and he did not have any hp loss either.

Only complaint I have with them is they are to quiet but I need to be at 88db where I boat at. Never took a db reading with them but I would guess I'm at that or lower.

thank you for the responce. I cant believe nobody else onhere has anthing to say about them. I need to be @ 89db. I now have corsa mufflers and think they may be takeing away alot of HP. thanks for the feed back
