John DubYa! Mu Man !!!!
Haven't talked to Bob in a week or so, but sounded like we were both up to our pits in boat work before the big weekend. I'm waiting to see when-if we're racing again this year.
Tell Max I said "Hi".
Hope you two are stating out of trouble down there.
After reading the responses I indeed might have to re-consider. Sean, sounds like you've been there before? What all do they offer other than the run? What's the difference between this event and the Shootout at the Ozarks?

How adout the premier Yacht Club in the midwest as the host, dinner heavy hordourvs Fri. Sat am buffet breakfast, Sat. night awards, last year it was large Filets( as good as you will eat), Tee-shirts, gift bags, live music, biggg screens playing the days run, a HELL of a party, E-DOCK in full force, and also a damn good Poker Run and Radar Runs witnessed by I"d say 1000 boats, also great helicopter pictures and video shot by James and Tyson, I am positive I have left something out!!

This is a top notch, well organized, and well run, poker run!!! Last year they served better food then you could get at most high end restaurants! Eric and the Cherokee Yacht Club went way beyond the call of duty, to assure that everyone was taken care of and enjoyed themselves. James Easton always does an excellent job photographing the event and you would be hard pressed to find a more hospitable group of people at any poker run!!! This is always one of my favorite runs, and the (only) run that my wife actually looks forward to!!! Trust me, you truly get your moneys worth at this run and it is a beautiful lake to boot!! I highly recommend it!!!!
