Any mods foir the 225 OPti's? Have triple engine set up looking to get 25-40 hp from each.

I would ask the same question on Screamandfly.com - those guys really know outboards.

I have 225 Promaxes and have posed the same question. You can change the heads, intake, etc. but it gets costly and reliability is sacrificed.

No info received yet, from what i've been seeing I don't think much can be done with them.

DO NOT modify your optimax.. Theyve had burn down problems stock.. I wouldnt go tinkering unless you are very capable

no mods that I know of and if there where I thick id be afraid to do them....the dfi system on them is Very complicated

if any body knows what to do it will be gean a g force .
