Brunswick still seems to have the purchase rights they may exercise on July 1, 2007

I still haven't seen where The option for Brunswick to purchase 50.1% of Fountain stock has been removed. (Reggie's stock plus new stock etc to give them control). All the parts of that loan have the Brunswick deal as one of the exceptions.

I think maybe he wants to allow himself the time to do more Poker Running, kick back and relax to enjoy a great time at the events.

Bigger and better. David has done a great job. Reggie wants to slow down a little (business-wise of course! )

Brunswick may have became the silent partner to offset Fountain's debt to Mercury Marine.

Chain of command Nice play on words. Maybe they will have the ceremonial gold chain to hand over to the new President.
