Cool Reggie Fountain????

I heard today that the Board of Directors of Fountain Power Boats announced David Knight as President of Fountain???

Fountain Powerboats Appoints David Knight as President
Monday July 17, 10:00 am ET

WASHINGTON, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 17, 2006 -- Fountain Powerboat Industries, Inc. (AMEX:FPB - News), a leading manufacturer of high performance sport boats, fish boats and express cruisers, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed David Knight as the company's president. Mr. Knight joined the company in September 2004 as its Executive Vice President of Business Development.

"We are pleased to recognize David's strong leadership capabilities and the integral role that he has played in defining our strategy for growth and capitalizing on the opportunities presented to us by our strong markets," said Fountain CEO and Chairman Reggie Fountain. "He has outstanding business insight and has demonstrated the ability to motivate and develop a strong sales and marketing organization which has increased our market penetration and expansion into new geographic areas."

Prior to joining Fountain Powerboats, Knight was vice president and general manager of Invensys, a Fortune 100 company providing energy management and control systems for industrial and commercial buildings in North America. Knight holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, a BA in Business Administration and a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

The company also announced the appointment of Betty G. Smith as Vice President of Administration. Ms. Smith joined Fountain Powerboats in 1987 as administrative assistant to the CFO and was promoted in 1990 as executive administrative assistant to Reggie Fountain.

"Betty has an extensive knowledge of the company's operations and has been an enormous asset to David and myself," commented Fountain.
