Yes, we grill onions and peppers right in front of your eyes. We also offer samples of our different sausage for customers to try.
Yeah, the no drink thing is killing us. Last year, people would come over to purchase a water or drink (pop as we call it in Detroit) and see it was a non-profit and leave a tip, or try a sample and then purchase a sandwich. So this no drink policy will hurt us major And like you said it's like asking someone to buy a Burger at McDonalds and then purchase a drink a Burger King.

Check out events, and pictures. In the picture section you will see one of our "special adults" Tami, on the Lighting Strikes Donzi at last years St. Clair Race. Their dry pits were right in front of our canopy. What a great bunch of guys!

I think I am going to have to put a list together...
There are so many people I want to meet up with out there.
This race will be "The Worlds" for me...
I doubt I will be able to make Destin....
