That Judge Fred Buckine, is suppose to hand down his ruling on the Manatee Rule Challenge!? I'm really anxious, he can rule in 3 different motions;
1. He can allow the rules,(Manatee Zones) to stand as they were recommended by the FFWCC/STM Club.
2. He can modify the set of rules that the state recommended.
3. He can throw out all the rules submitted by the state, and make the FFWCC RE-EVALUATE the criteria of how and where Manatee zones are created and make the FFWCC go back to the drawing board.
Sooo.., we will see?! Please remember that I, (we, CFW) are not ANTI-MANATEE, we are just trying to get the FFWCC to use real science, (Not STM Club LAWSUIT settlements) to make these rules, and help the Manatee @ the same time.
BTW, ALL Fl. POWERBOATERS, you need to pay attention to this ruling because, this ruling in Brevard Co. will set the rules for the rest of the state of FL! If he rules against CFW, then, Brevard Co. and the rest of the state will be @ the mercy of the STM Club!

PS Went boating yesterday, had a great day, the baby slept for 1.5 hours and we just cruised, and looked at homes to get ideas for our next home. Just a beautiful day!

They are still teaching that BS in schools here now. If you go to Sea World's Manatee exhibit, you can see the Manatee Mauling Powerboaters in Panavision and sound surround!!! Talk about blatant brain washing!
