Can you do older boats ?

Mine is an `86 , 30' with twins. 840 hp total.

Seem to run into a wall with the age of boat.

FYI - Oklahoma, New Mexico, North & South Dakota, Tennessee Wyoming & Florida are not available yet. I am hoping to get a few of those states soon (especially FL).
