wasnt good outboard cat weather yesterday. had the lifeline and the lanyards strapped on tight. 2 other boats with me were a 36 Gladiator and a new 39 OL...they got me in the ocean but paid dearly on the way back up on the inside. i'll tell ya what next time were running down i'll send ya a PM

You would be suprised on the calls we get on people scared to come through the inlet. honest 4-5. SO You probably did hit a 6-7. I read the reports and it's funny because 1/2 of the people will say 2 footers the other half say 8 footers

I think people are talking "chit" when I read statements that they were out in 10-15ft seas by choice with 25 + mph winds and then saying that there boat ate it up.
Anyway, if I recall yesterdays report for the afternoon was in fact 4-6. The morning was worse. Friday was real bad.

i know the barnegat inlet was sizable...i parked my ass in the trough and rode a series in and while doing so i couldnt see the jetty over the top of the wave in front of me unless i stood up...lol which i chose not to do
