I ordered some online and it instructed me to call to complete the order I called and called for three days voice mail picked up everytime, email Kim and he apologized for the mix up they where moving and the number hadnt been moved yet this was a week or so ago...

Ah that might explain it. I love there product and I've always had great support from Kim. I was just worried there for bit. I hope I get a call soon.

I ordered some of their stuff earlier this summer and didnt receive my entire order. i emailed and Kim emailed back saying they'd send the rest out right away... never came.

Kim called and left me a message. So hopefully all is well.

As far as I know, Hot Sauce is for snowboards and skis.

Thunder Marine has only recently expressed an interest in becoming a dealer, which is great news. We hooked them up with our dealer in Cornelius a couple of weeks ago and they are working together. As far as I know, Thunder Marine picked up some product last week (not sure). You may want to check back with Thunder Marine. Or, I can give you the contact info for our dealer in Cornelius (not far from you).

I think there was some confusion as to whether somebody actually ordered product, but they did not.
