Hey, I know I'm bumping a really old thread, but there's a 1990 27' Intimidator listed locally. Were these well-built boats? Were they custom-built or production? I'm having a hard time finding information on Mirage boats.

Very well built...I throttled Gazpacho for a year.
I also owned Stealaway. Cortez built great custom built boats.

dba, i think the 27 from 1990 is a different company than the Mirage that made the 29 and 36 from the late 70s to early 80s.

Yes, that's what I was afraid of. The decks don't look the same in photos. Well, I suppose we can always take a look and see how it turns out.
