Here's is a map of condos on the race course I made .Maybe it will help some to see what part of the course they are on.The last race we watched they stuck me in a socalled gulf view ,but it was a condo that wasent flat on the front [curved] and only had a view of the boats after they pasted to the west looking into the sun 
I did a little searching [google satellites]to find the one that was the closest to the water for a better view.Becarefull some or father off the beach than others and some condos have east and west views
