Will spectating the race be better from the beach, upper level condo or should we drag a boat and watch from the water?

We are renting a condo, 3 deals on the line. Not sure where they are located but we could use a name and number of the marina because we will be needing a place to park the boat on the trailer at night. Plus we will be looking for a place to flush the engine each day we pull out.
