It allows a path to bring air down to the props. When getting on plane you need the aeration to break the props free .

It very interesting how the damage to both drives is so symetrical. I hope all involved can work things out amicably and the boat is back racing soon.

Sharket & DPT,Please elaborate on what you mean about if they quit it does not matter.Are the boys going to QUIT racing or what and if so what brought that on I hope it was not the 150 extra pounds.If so that is just another blow the sport can not afford.
