Default 27 Fever-HP500-1998-Value?

Posting for a friend.
He is looking at a 1998 27 Fever w/ an HP500..

220hours.

Clean as clean can get..

Whats it worth?

20-30 seems low and 55 seems high. There are 40 on boatrader.com. The best deal seemed to be 65K ask on an 05 with a 60+/- hour 496 HO.
I couldn't pay more than about 35k for a nine year old boat.
