I've seen it, it's cool. If I had any idea what to do with it, I'd go grab it for myself.

Thats not the original Cig sign from building one. Just look at historicraceboats.com. and you will see a pic of DA standing under the original. "World Champion" and "Racing Team" were in script on the original sign just like the original logo. That sign came years later after Cig had changed hands a few times. Same goes for all logos you see. Thats one way to tell a DA Cig from later years.

You are right. That is an original.
That sign on e-bay is from the 80's and was placed in front of building 4, the original Squadron building which became building 1 yrs after DA sold the 2nd time. That sign did not exist in the yrs DA owned CIG.
Good luck bidding whoever is bidding on it, but remember it from the mid 80's not the 70s.
