Free online charts?

Free online charts?
I am at work so I don't have my GPS or charts. Is there anywhere online you can look at free charts? Sort of like mapquest for the water?
I am looking for Hog Island that is off the eastern shore of VA.

Yep MatTech.com Click on free online map/charts where you can select nautical charts, aeronautical charts, topographical charts, and even some old satellite shots of some areas. The neat thing is you can get Lat/Long info because it gives you that by moving your mouse around.

You can also download Maptech's Chart Navigator software if you want to plot courses etc.
I'm not sure if you can download the information onto a chip for the GPS though? I just downloaded it yesterday and haven't had much time to play.
