Got 2 420's in the garage as we speak one with tuliped valves. You should be able to get 500 hp for cheaper than a set of crates if you have a good engine guy. Thats what I'm shooting for, he just did one for someone else and got 510 hp on a budget with steel heads.

I Put Gm Perf Aluminum Heads And A Zz502 Cam. I Was Told That Would Make Close To 500hp. I Also Changed Pistons So I Would Have 10:1 Comp.
