Last year we surveyed the membership to see if there would be any interest in doing a NJPPC Waver Runner Fun Run? We had about 25 members say yes and said that we would have about 30 skis.
A lot of NJPPC members get up early on weekend mornings to enjoy the flat water of Barnegat Bay and or go to breakfast in Seaside Heights by ski.
Last weekend, NJPPC members Pete Mazzo, Tom Toto, Scott Langbein and myself went for breakfast on our skis. During breakfast we came up with the concept of a Waver Runner Poker Run and Breakfast.
So, we kicked around some ideas and we are going to give it a shot!
The event will be early and simple so that we can all enjoy our Labor Day weekend. The event will cover enough water to make it fun but yet not long enough to worry about fuel concerns.
See the attached information and if you have any questions please email me at [email protected]
If you have a ski or jet boat we hope you decide to join us, you will not be disappointed.
Need a new Ski for the run?? Visit: www.eastdovermarina.com
Sincerely,
Dave Patnaude
President NJPPC
