you aint kidding!!! I know that some poeple get bummed out cuz they will not take any orders over the phone but their system works so why mess with it. No mistakes that way.

I called Bam to order a bravo coupler cause I had a question, she said we only take orders thru email. Screw it, I called CP and had a tech on the line in minutes, they were also cheaper. Normally I dont mind ordering by email but I was in a hurry and I am on jobsites all day and dont sit at a computer.

I had a few questions, and was directed to email the tech dept. They emailed me right back, and asked me a couple other questions, then emailed me the part number I needed, and I got it the next day. Great, great service.
