Thanks for the info. Im checking out Sanfrod and Lark Mary also. I would prefer a apt/townhome to keep the maintenance low, but its hard finding one with a garage.
Joker - Thanks for the offer but I think harbor Village is a little far. I checked it out last year when i lived in Daytona.

There are several houses for rent in Sanford just off 17/92 across from Lk Monroe just past the zoo. Its a family style subdivision but not bad for a temp situation. I can get more info if your interested. Its a 15 min drive to Deland and 5 mins to the launch ramp on Lk Monroe. Email me if your interested.
