What I don't understand is why there is such a love/hate relationship to peoples opinions of Fountains. I feel they are great boats for a decent price. Leave it at that. Why on earth do some people feel the need to bash other peoples boats?
Get your boat out on the water, line up with a Fountain , and race. Then do it in rough water. see who is faster. A lot will depend on the driver!!!!

I agree. 100%

If Fountains did not have beaks then OSO would be the most boring place on the face of the earth, So i will stand by my theory that the beak is in place for the good of OSO.... :drink:

The only benefit I can see is that it makes it obvious that itīs a fountain and canīt be mistaken for anything else

You guys all have it wrong, the shape of the beak provides aerodynamic lift which increases the speed and improves the handling of the boat.

At least that's what Reggie said years ago in advertisements and interviews. How do I know it's true??

BECAUSE YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS SH*T UP :D
