The city may buy it themselves. I believe that's what they did with the Vinoy in St Pete. Does anyone remember what a run down pile of crap that building used to be?

I heard about the Quay/Boathouse/Hyatt going away a few times during the run so that is what I was reporting. Still the Vinoy hotel, docks and basin would make an awesome Poker Run site. I always loved the St. Pete races there.
