Your right...the lake was pretty nice for our last run. I am pretty bummed out that the boating season is over. There is probably a couple more weeks around here for some, but we are leaving this weekend for vacation in Italy, so we are pretty much done. It was a great weekend to go out on though. I will try to hook up with you guys in the spring!

hey you bunch of thread steal'in hyjackers this was supposed to be a Cleveland thread not a Islands thread! . . .oh who the heck am i kid'n, man you guys werent kid'n. the flats are frikn dead! i was beside my self when i saw the place on saturday. we put in over at the ramp public ramp an docked at Whiskey Island Marina, nice place and good people there. went out an ran the B'jeezsus out of the batboat for a little while than poped down the river. i havent been there in about 10 years or so and i just couldnt believe all those places were boarded up. we did go back to shooters later on that night an it seemed to be hopp'in but not real packed though. ran into pkspx (paul) there but we had to go shortly after that, my crew was get'n . . . uhh . . . tired . well i guess i ended up jump'in ship on this thread to cuz we ended up going to sandusky sunday an took the boat over to the boat show and hit TGI Fridays on the Cedar Point causway. wish i could have hit shooters on sunday but i really wanted to hit the islands.

the flats are dead by design... they were killed.... a very wealthy local is now trying to use eminent domain to steal all the land for a multi billion resurection paid for by taxes, grants, loans that will never be repaid.... the american way
