Yeah, it's S. of Lex.
Those were the directions I was given, both by who I was running with, and Mapquest.

Easier way from Cinci??

Disclaimer I'm not a lawyer, although if mine is ever charged with anything she wishes I could represent her.



Most places allow for a hearing that is much like an Alfred Plea, you still maintain your innocent but admit the state has enough evidence to convict you. In traffic court its guilty with an explanation. Like you sped up to pass another vehicle and did not think you got that fast; speeding up was the only safe way to get ahead of the other vehicle. Or you failed to stop at a yellow light because it was un-safe to do so. You might get it reduced or maybe if you get a good judge dropped all together. This can also be you commited something but the ticket statute you are charged with does not really apply to you. etc etc etc.... Good if your guilty but what you are guilty of is less than what you are accused of breaking..........
