The only thing that's unclear from the article is if he was intoxicated during the last accident. The article says he hasn't been charged yet, pending results of the test.

Correct,the tests are not back yet he probably was not drunk but they did a blood test looking for something else.They had to have a reason to do that will update as soon as I know.

So how many of you guys how would never touch a sip of alcohol and drive a vehicle use your cell phones while driving, or check youe text messages??? Probably by FAR the most dangerous thing you can do while behind the wheel, ill get in the car with a guy who had 8 beers in a couple hours any day before I get in the car with a "texter", they deserve to be put in prison!!!
