No. Neither are Lifeline's. You must as a boater carry the proper number of USCG Approved required jackets for all the people on your boat. The cost to have these types of jackets "US Coast Guard Approved" is VERY high, to say the least and the number of jackets that SRP or Lifelines sells combined isn't near high enough to justify that cost. Lets face it, there are NOT that many people buying and using these type of High Performance Poker Run jackets, as they should be. We would need to sell THOUSANDS of these jackets every year to cover the USCG Approval cost. Sorry.
