I'm still tossed up on how the format will be, but its going to be awesome. I am working on logistics, both personnel and facility. I've lost count, but I believe this will be the 6th Annual.

O.K. I checked this year it is not the same week-end as the Chicago boat show. Sooooooooo is a gang from Chi-Town welcome???? if so what is the best airport to fly into and where can we stay to be in the mix.....we are going to need some help on this one......BZ

BZ, of course!
Richmond Airport (RIC) is 15 minutes away.
If you taxi from the airport to the hotel (TBA, but probably the Omni downtown), you won't need to drive again. Restaurants and shopping are w/i walking distance. Feel free to rent a car if desired, but probably not worth the expense. There will be plenty of people in town with cars as well.
I am still working on the details. I have not finalized www.theworxband.com to play the event yet. They have one member on vacation that weekend, and we are trying to work around it, but I really don't want to move the party. It falls perfectly through the holidays, Superbowl 2007, and Miami Boat Show 2007. It will be a blowout no matter how I decide to take the party this year.
There are usually 3 parties over the weekend. Friday is a "1-Night-Early Strategy Session." Saturday afternoon is a "Prime-the-Pumps" session. Then the Chill-Out begins in the evening until the weeeeeeeeeeeeee hours. Handcuffs, hacksaws, naked/making-out women, pizza men, flying keyboards, strippers, Swipes, have all been known to be parts of the event. We usually have quite a few giveaways for the event as well.
