mazzo's 32 is gorgeous and so is charlie's...rare air. i's have to spend a few $$ on charlies headers need to be replaced ya can see all the weld marks where the headers have been repaired...not on here anymore but still on boat trader

My 30 sutphen sounds like what you are looking for. It's a race set up but i'm finishing a cabin in her as we speak. She's a great rough water boat and well under your price range.
