8 to 10% is good for that boat.Drives high and more slip.Water pickups are big.Finding the right gear ratio helps too :cool:Vinny is a good setup guy with these boats.He is constantly trying props and other variables.

I was on that boat and at 165 the only word to describe it was great. I can't thank Vinny enough for taking us out as it was the fastest I have ever been. The boat ran great and the engines kind of sounded like turbines!
Gino, I think you and Joey need to consider more power. 150 just doesn't seem to do it for me anymore after being on Vinny's boat.
