New Doug Wright 35 Light speed Completed...
#81
I have decided to put my DW 32 up for sale. It sits on a very nice Myco trailer, and the current stage the boat is in as follows. The hull is ready less paint on the sides deck and cockpit. Motor compartment transom and bottom are done in white. The deck has been raised up to accommodate either super charged or twin turbo applications. I have 135k in to the way it sits. If anyone is interested, call me at 805-896-6886. It will hit the classifieds by the weekend.
did your #1 barnacle/nut swinger Alfonzo tell you to sell it or no more anal for you

this boat was sold to a customer who already had the motors, no question it will be stupid fast, probably capable of well over 180 if someone had the balls , the boat is also available in full canopy with hatches, but my goal and Doug's is to do exactly as you guys are saying keep the power down even to 496 ho's possibly to keep it insurable with mild reliable power, that is more affordable, but still looks cool, performs well, our first will have mild power in it.
im a phone call away

Got a set of stock 15x34's on the limiters at 112. When BBlades is done with the props we should see some great speeds.
I know that their is more speed in the convertible.
I ran all day with Gary Ballough and we used only 60 gallons I don't think the boat went under 100 with GB on the sticks.
DPT will post some pics.

Dan, again the boat looks great. If you talk to Gary, tell him Greg said hay.
Question: Did you or Gary see the landing Doug put in the back of my boat for the back seat? If it were you or Gary, would you do 4 bucket seats, or 2 front buckets with a back bench.
BTW, it's time for you and Gary to make a Havasu trip. Make it a weekend the Sandbar would be packed.

I have to order the back seats but they will fit nicely.
I have been having too much fun in the boat 35hrs already to turn it over to an interior guy. But I will have the interior completed.
My little brother is in columbia missuri so the shark boat may make a trip.
Someone asked the price and I think you can do a boat for 100k rigging 20k, motors 38k, trailer 10k, props and assecories 3k totals 171k outboards. no paint 3yr warranty
