I didn't know they were moving it...I was just by there the other day. They have to move it to do repairs???

9:00 am this morning was supposedly the highest tide of the year for the Hudson River, with the full moon and all(thats why they scheduled the move for today). If they didn't get it out of the silt with all those tugs they are going to have to dredge a lot more than they already did.
