A poker run is not a race! We cruised at 45 to 50. :D

Truthfully, Stu has always been about saftey. His pace boat keeps us at about 75 to 80. Once we got to the ocean and spread out we picked up the pace a bit but nothing crazy.

Gino
Are you getting the engines ready for Joey's new motors.
Congratulations on a good run.

Hi Jeff, I thought he was going to have them this weekend. We bumped the boost up to 12 lbs and changed the rev limiters. That's the only reason the boat was so fast this weekend. I'm putting it back to normal specs tomorrow!! I will call you tomorrow. Gino

He would have went 170mph but the rag in his gas hole slowed him down!

Are you still running the 1:35 gears? What RPM were you turning?

I am bummed we could not make Key West this year. Next time.

That sounds like a terrible personal issue.

Brad, I'm very sorry, But I can't give up any of our secrets!

We bumped the boost to about 12 lbs and changed the rev limiters. I have to tell you, the motors were screaming. I was just waiting for one of them to blow up. While watching it climb, over 150 every mile an hour feels like a lot more. Very cool but a little scary. The attitude of the boat never changed. Still rode like it was on rails. Just scary anticipating an engine problem.
