Guesses....
1. An observation/camera boat...(boats can drive right under the fusilage) 2. Heavy seas "Wave walker" for Hurricane/Tsunami duty. 3. Shallow water personnel conveyance. I especially like the deck chairs........straight out of BoatsUS. The sad truth is that this is probably another in a long line of bone headed "concepts" that have wasted a lot of good money over the years..... (Anyone remember the "wave cutting" CANDO with the stainless steel knife edge bow????) T2x |

One thing for sure is that the pic with the arneson looking thing sticking into the water is really a hydraulic ram and not a drive at all. So who knows what really pushes this thing thru the water.
