the bow of the cabin is on backwards.. the "bow" of the sponsons and cabin are oppoisite ends

Guesses....
1. An observation/camera boat...(boats can drive right under the fusilage)
2. Heavy seas "Wave walker" for Hurricane/Tsunami duty.
3. Shallow water personnel conveyance.
I especially like the deck chairs........straight out of BoatsUS.
The sad truth is that this is probably another in a long line of bone headed "concepts" that have wasted a lot of good money over the years..... (Anyone remember the "wave cutting" CANDO with the stainless steel knife edge bow????)

One thing for sure is that the pic with the arneson looking thing sticking into the water is really a hydraulic ram and not a drive at all. So who knows what really pushes this thing thru the water.
