The article is in the Aug. '06 issue of Powerboat mag. (with the blue 42x lipship edition cig on the cover). The Graphics Co. did the work http://www.thegraphicsco.com/gallery/gallery.aspx

Here's a nice little pic.

The 2007 Cig 39 Top Gun Unlimited in this picture has 700's and NxT drives. It was Skip Braver's personal boat. A friend of mine bought it from him recently as a demo and I rode in it from Miami to Key West the weekend of the poker run. Water was 2-3 ft. and we ran outside all the way down. Averaged between 80 and 90 and took it up to around 100 for several long stretches. Boat will do around 108 top speed. All I can say about this package is WOW!!!!! I have a Fountain 42 Ex with 525's, and I love my boat, but needless to say, there is no comparison. This was my first ride in a Cigarette and it just tore that sh!t up!!!!!!! I have never ridden in an OL, but all I can say is that the 39 TGU with 700's is a damned impressive package. No question what would be in my slip if I had the money.

"We" as in being you, Tim and the mouse in your pocket.... If you j@ckasses would have came back when we stopped, you'd have been following us thru deep water!!!!

Carma always gets'cha, bro!

We DID have a great time in KW on that trip, though!

Oh...... Standing joke between Troy, Gordon and me -------- which I've always been meaning to tell you and forgot. We decided to count how many times Kelly either changed bathing suits and/or outfits (we lost count )! We couldn't figure out why the Tiger was running so bow heavy, until we realized it must have been from the 400 lb. suit case filled with 1000 different outfits!!!!! You Cali. folks sure are trendy!

You guys better get back down for the Miami Show run again. You're welcome to hitch a ride if you don't bring your boat or talk Tim into bringing his. Besides, nothing else to due in the middle of winter but to boat in S. FL, right!

Nothing happened. Not sure what you're referring to. Andy Smith from Memphis is the owner of the boat. We didn't hit anything except some 2-3 foot swells at 100mph.
