What is/was the motive??
Why the hell would someone do that?? Just to be a D-bag??
Agreed, it should have already been disclosed to the Ins. Co. the true speeds/HP, otherwise, the insurance is worthless.

This person needs to be outed. Keeping his identity secret will do nothing...
