Skater is a "custom" shop.... it only makes sense for "production" shops to outsource their "custom" work. Now, I'm sure Neill would argue that..... His "customs" are truly amazing, but I'm sure take too much time away from Cig's core business. Besides, it's great to see the builders working together.
I wouldn't be surprised to see another "cool" thing pop up in the near future!

There was a LOOOOOOT of power left in the sticks at 170. It is in the opinion of those there (that had direct access and delt with the boat) that if the bottom was padded it wouldn't have rocked and would've broke the record. Cigarette (from what I was told) was concidering padding the bottom but I guess they changed their minds. Probably too much money spent and no return. Cigarette is already the best built boat on the market, with the longest history. They have nothing to prove.
