Definitely take a lot of pics along the way, its cool to look back on what you've done. My son and I did one over the summer, we didn't send anything out so it took a long time. Here,s the history of our project.

That really is the kind of project I like. I did that once with a 16 footer and second was my 26 stinger. Tough job but so much fun when it's all done!
