Theres a publication that comes out every 3 weeks called Boats & Harbors. Its printed in Tennesee. They are a trading post type paper that has everything related to tugs, barges and any type of commercial vessel. I just tossed my newest one but if you cant find it through a search shoot me a PM with your address and ill send you my next one when i receive it.
