Drove a 36 gladiator and have ridden on a stag 37 gtx. Hated the gtx! not a very good riding boat. The Gladiator was cool just not enough room. The Fountain, well, what else can you say. That would be my first choice after being on the other two.

The Fountain will most likely have the best ride, but only seat 4 people. They have only built 3-4 37 GTX's, and it's a toss up between the Gladiaor and the ZR. When sell our Hustler were either going to a faster Gladiator or a ZR. Also it's exactly what Tazz said.

a 42 beak with stock power and bravos will break the drives constantly, its a weight issue not power. a 42 pr with 6's is a nother story. i ahve riggred and run this boat.
a 36 glad is a bad ass boat but needs merc 5 blds and a set of 750's t orun pretty much maintanance free. again i have rigged and run this boat.
the 37 is a squirly hand full at speed, if you mean the older 37's dont really care for it. and too have rigged and ran.
just my 2 cents

ZR 1ST HAS A NICE ROUGH WATER RIDE AND A CABIN BELOW, 2ND 37 OL ONLY BE ON THE RACE BOAT SINGLE STEP RAN SMOOTH ON FLAT NICEN STRAIGHT, AND INTHE ROUGH OFF OF CAPE COD KICKED ASS. OH NO CABIN
CIG NOT ALOT OF ROOM AND FOUTIAN NEEDED NEW TEETH FROM THE POUNDING OFF THE CAPE AND BACK
, BUT GO OUT FOR TEST RIDES THEN YOU WILL KNOW.

The Fountain PR is a kick-ass ride, did the KW Poker Run a 525 boat last year. I ran the sticks, F-N-IGuy drove. That is a sick mofo.
Gladiators rock, I have been in a few including the OSO boat, which I drove in a PR with Steve on the sticks. Awesome, but I would beed a very specific cockpit setup for that boat.
38ZR seems to be a hellacious rough water boat. I would really like a cahnce to run one.
37GTX has been explained as a "different" type of ride........I would only consider a 39' GTX......

Monstaaa,
That does not make sense. Why would you need 750,s to run maintenance free? Maybe you meant to run 100 MPH plus?
