Re: Online blower purchase gone bad - need help!
Those pic where from PSE - I sent them to PSE to get rebuilt.
Here is the eBay ad. Ed @ PSE said he could repair them for $500 each - new ones cost $800. |
Re: Online blower purchase gone bad - need help!
its hard to tell by the picks in the ad.But with it saying 99% it not.
Its 50/50.Its does look bad but could be repaired by the pick. But is it cost efective or is it worth taking a chance of a leak? |

The ebay protection policy is way expired. I might be able to go to the CC company, but I doubt it. It appears that the only avenue I have is court. Unless, of course, David at Thunder Marine steps up and either pays for the replacement parts or refunds my $. Here are a couple pics... |

David Stansel is the person I've been dealing with. His boss, Ron, was supposed to call me Friday but didn't.
Strip - It was very clear to me before I bought them that there was not any corrosion. It was specifically addressed in the ad. Also, I felt comfortable dealing a seeming reputable company. I'd rather pony up the difference to buy new than to repair them. |
